A high-touch real estate negotiator known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to clients, LC’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. LC has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1996. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.

She has earned numerous top sales awards and has led high-performing teams in reputable real estate firms. LC has been consistently awarded the 1st Runner Up Real Estate Negotiator from Year 2010 to 2013 during her time with Reapfield Properties (Klang) Sdn. Bhd. In Year 2014, she achieved the Top Real Estate Negotiator Award and consequently promoted as the Head of Sales Division in Year 2015 to 2019. In Year 2021, she was blessed with Top Sale Award in Starcity Property Sdn Bhd and remained Top 4 the two consecutive years.
